Job Descs:
- Prepare design plan and/or review design plan from owner projects, consultants, develop design details, and ensure design drawings are proper, complete, and accurate
- Coordinate with relevant parties with regard to design plan
- Prepare drawings necessary for project's planning & development
- Create RAP & RAB
- Propose building and material specifications
- Coordinate with parties related to the design plan
- Monitoring all projects until finished
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Graphic Design
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Cunstruction or Developer Company or Consultant
- Computer literacy (ability to operate Auto CAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, MS Office)
- Able to produce concept design schemes with minimum supervision
- Able to work well in a team environment and tight schedule
- Understanding Architect Design & Technical Drawing
- Willing to be placed in Head Office
