Requirements:
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)
- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials
- Attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings
- Associate's degree or certificate in drafting, engineering technology, or related field
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Can work well under pressure
- Previous experience in a civil engineering firm or related industry is preferred
