Architect
Job Description:
- Create building designs and detailed drawings both by hand and using specialist computer-based design (CAD) applications
- Work closely with a team of other professionals such as constractors, construction managers and quantity surveyors
- Select the materials that will be used in the constructions process
- Site visits for each project being implemented
Qualifications:
- Minimum education S1 Architect
- Experience in the field Architecture minimum 2 years
- Have knowledge about interior design, building structure and MEP
- Mastering Autocad, SketchUp 3D, Lumion, 3D Max
- Creative and able to work together in teams and individually
- Able to make work drawing plans
Interior Designer
Job Description:
- Outline client design objective
- Conceptualize and sketch design plans
- Detemine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase
- Supeevising the work as it is carried out
- Ensuring that work is completed on time, on the budget and on schedule
- Preparing project's need and create schedule before project started
Qualifications:
- Having min 2 year of experience in Interior Design (high end interior project is a plus)
- Bachelor degree in Design Interior or Architect
- Having deep knowledge about layout, colouring, lighting, custom furniture and installation
- Having ability to came up with new ways of doing things, acceps criticism and work well with team member
Quantity Surveyor
Job Description:
- Calculate the required quantity, volume, material specifications and prices, scope of work, man hours according to the document/drawings/spece provided
- Make BOQ/RAB, RAP calculations
- Calculate and double-check the volume per work item between the drawing and BQ
- Create a complete RAP with unit price analysis as a benchmark for making price offers and implementation in the field
- Create a project implementation time (time schedule)
- Making project tender and price negotiating with supplier and contractor
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Quantity Surveyor or Estimator
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering
- Have experience in the construction sector
- Master working drawings and volume calculations
- Create a sub-wage account for project work
- Mastering software: CAD, SKP, Microsoft Office, regarding project cost calculations
- Strong knowledge of steel and concrete structures
Project Plainning & Controlling
Job Description:
- Ensure project integration, identify problems, and suggest solutions
- Monitor material and resoures availability and coordinate with the relevant parties to avoid delays
- Monitor the schedule and expedite project progress to archieve on-time program delivery
- Monitoring project progress to assure contract fulfilment and policy compliance
- Monitor material and resource availability and coordinate with the relevant parties to avoid delays
- Responsible for creating project plans and project progress reports
Qualifications:
- Min. 3 years experience as Construction Manager or Site Supervisor
- At least a Bachelor degree or master's degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience in the construction field
- Clear level of planning control and reporting
